We all traveled to Yau Ma Tei to begin our photography session on 27th April, we first tried to find back alleys to take some shots of the exterior of HK's old buildings. We were successful in finding them, as HK's lack of space has forced buildings to cramp up together, forming many back alleys, which really shows the housing and lack of space crisis in HK.

After that we tried to get more photos of the building interiors, we were quite surprised by the conditions of these buildings when we entered them, we had to go into buildings that didn't even have a gate at the entrance for access. We saw very dangerous loose cables at the site, and also very old flooring and walls, so we thought it was a perfect opportunity to show others the poor living
conditions in HK by showing the inside that no many sees.

These are obviously not the only photos we took, so we posted all of the other photos that we thought unique and important to show the housing crisis in HK on instagram, in order to raise awareness upon this issue.
